Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you don’t find the answer you need here, drop us a line with the contact form below. We’ll get in touch with you right away.

1. Do I need a concrete slab to put my new shed on?

No. Our sheds are on on Wolmanized skids that won’t rot, even when placed directly on the ground.

2. Are there any extra building or assembly fees?

No. The price we quote is the price of the shed plus tax. If a delivery charge applies, we will let you know right away.

3. Do you carry accessories for my new shed?

We have various options available. Please inquire directly about this question.

4. What kind of siding do you use? Can I choose the color?

On our wood sheds, we use Louisiana Pacific LP Plus Siding. It’s the toughest, longest-lasting siding in the business. The LP Plus Siding looks great on its own, but you can paint it any color you choose. Maintenance-Free sheds come with Residential Steel Roofing Panels with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. A complete list of colors options can be reviewed here: Residential Steel Roofing Color Options.

5. Do you offer a warranty on the shed?

Yes. Premium stands by their construction and offers a 2-year warranty on all sheds.

6. How long will it take to get my shed?

In most cases, we’ll be able to deliver your shed within days of your order. Larger, more custom buildings may take longer.

7. Will I need to get a permit for this building?

This depends on your local zoning ordinances. Permit regulations vary according to location, and we recommend that the customer consult with their local governing body. Additionally, there may be neighborhood covenants regarding acceptable building size that must be considered as well. If additional information is needed from us to get a permit, please give us a call. We’re here to help.

8. Do I need to be home during the shed installation?

We ask that you are available to show our shed installer the proper placement of your building and that you are available at the completion of the installation to do a walk through inspection with our installer.
