PERMITS
Don’t stress about getting the right permit for your shed or pole building. We will work on your behalf apply for the necessary permits for your build. We make getting new storage as easy as possible!

SITE PREP
Premium also provides free site inspection! Premium will come look at your proposed site BEFORE the building/delivery process begins, to assure that there are no unwanted surprises on delivery day.
If you are not able to prepare your site before hand, Premium offers professional bobcat excavating to make your location build ready.
DELIVERY
Premium UP Sheds use a custom home delivery truck to deliver your new Premium shed. The team will place your shed right where you want it, set it for you, and level it before leaving your property.
Premium also provides free site inspection! Premium will come look at your proposed site BEFORE delivery, to assure that there are no unwanted surprises on delivery day.

On-Site or Delivery Expectations
Unforeseen Circumstance
Please keep in mind unforeseen circumstances may arise, therefore, all on-site builds are delivery dates are tentative.
Inclement Weather
If for any reason, including inclement weather, it is necessary to reschedule your installation, we promise to work with you and reschedule the first available date.
Proper Building Placement
We ask that you are available to show our shed installer the proper placement of your building and that you are available at the completion of the installation to do a walk through inspection with our installer.
"Wiggle" Room
To ensure the build or delivery goes smoothly, please allow a minimum of 2 feet of “free and clear” unobstructed clearance around the installation site of your Shed. Please allow a minimum of 4 feet if your new building is 12” or 16” wide.
Order Review
You may expect a call on the morning of the scheduled date to review your order for accuracy and ask directions to the delivery or job site location. For your convenience, Premium will keep you informed through every step of our shed buying process.
Review Your Compliance
Please take the opportunity to review your responsibilities with an associate regarding covenant searches and building permits. Check with your local government office for property set back requirements for portable buildings prior to preparing and staking out your installation site.

Do I need a concrete foundation to put my shed on?
No. Our sheds are on on Wolmanized skids that won’t rot, even when placed directly on the ground.
Are there any extra building or assembly fees?
No. The price we quote is the price of the shed plus tax. If a delivery charge applies, we will let you know right away.
Do you offer a warranty on the shed, sauna, etc.?
Yes. Premium stands by their construction and offers a 2-year warranty on all sheds.
Will I need to get a permit for this building?
This depends on your local zoning ordinances. Permit regulations vary according to location, and we recommend that the customer consult with their local governing body.
Additionally, there may be neighborhood covenants regarding acceptable building size that must be considered as well.

Do you carry accessories for my shed, sauna, etc.?
We have various options available. Please inquire directly about this question.
Are there any extra building or assembly fees?
On our wood sheds, we use Louisiana Pacific LP Plus Siding. It’s the toughest, longest-lasting siding in the business. The LP Plus Siding looks great on its own, but you can paint it any color you choose.

How long will it take to get my shed?
In most cases, we’ll be able to deliver your shed within days of your order. Larger, more custom buildings may take longer.
